what we collect
- your email address, user name and password (stored encrypted), when you create an account
- the notes you post: title, place, date and text
- messages you send to other people's notes, and emails passed through our private relay
- two small cookies: one keeps you logged in, one remembers your language. No ads, no tracking, no analytics.
why
To run your account, show your notes, and pass messages between you and people who answer your notes without revealing your email. Messages go through our email provider, Resend.
who sees what
- your notes are public, without your user name
- your email is never shown to anyone
- when you message someone, they will see your user name and your message
- we never sell or share your information for marketing
where it's stored
With our service providers Supabase (database and accounts), Vercel (hosting) and Resend (email). Their servers may be outside Québec, including in the United States. They protect it under their own security standards.
your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or delete your account, at any time. Deleting your account deletes your notes.
