presque you is a place to leave notes for people you almost met in Montréal. By creating an account or posting, you agree to these terms.

who can use it

You must be 18 or older to create an account.

what you can post

Describe the moment and the place. Please don't post:

• anyone's full name, phone number, home address, social media handle or photo
• harassment, threats, hate, or anything meant to embarrass someone
• sexual content, ads, spam or links to sell things
• anything illegal, or anything about someone under 18

what we can do

We can edit, hide or remove any note, and close any account, at any time and without notice, especially when a note is reported. We act quickly on reports.

reporting a note

If a note is about you and you want it gone, or breaks these rules, email presqueyou@proton.me with a link to it.

your notes

You keep ownership of what you write. You let us display it on the site for as long as it stays up. You can edit or delete your notes at any time.

private messages

When someone replies to your note, you may exchange private messages through our relay. The same rules apply: no harassment, threats, personal information, or illegal content. We are not responsible for the content of private messages.

no guarantees

The site is free and offered as is. We can't promise anyone will see your note or answer it, and we're not responsible for what people post or do after they connect. To the fullest extent permitted by law, presque you is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site. Be careful meeting strangers: meet in public and tell a friend.

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Québec.
